Our Organization's History
The National Council of Catholic Woman was founded in 1919, at the call of the American Catholic Bishops. The St. Cloud Diocesan Council of Catholic Women was established under the guidance of Bishop Peter W. Bartholome in 1953.

PRESIDENT'S LETTER Stop the enactment of the FREEDOM OF CHOICE ACT
Now is the time to act. We MUST contact our congress members and tell them to wote NO on the FOCA Bill. We must also pray. The Office of Marriage and Family of our diocese has asked us to pray the novena that was published in the January 1,2009 issue of The Visitor. We are asked to pray this novena from January 11-19. We must not wait until the 11th to start to pray. We must do it now. PRAY FAST ADORATION
